Through to the latest optimisations recently implemented to efficiently provide fulfilment to their customers eCommerce channels and further improve operations management and increased efficiency.
Hallmark had already predicted that the rate of business change could increase across customers. As such, to provide the required logistical capability, it was necessary to move to a more flexible and functionally rich platform, and while doing so simplify the technical landscape. Without this investment, short and longer term risk and operating costs would increase.
