Consumer foods business, Kerry Foods, engaged with Rocket to help them define how SAP Extended Warehouse Management could help deliver against their overall long-term business strategy, and improve their business across warehousing, production/manufacturing, traceability and compliance.
By following Rockets evaluation approach, Kerry Foods’ strategic objectives (business, operational and IT), key functional requirements and pain points were considered, from which an evaluation study was produced. The study provided concise executive level information to support an investment business case, as well as detailed process-level information to give a high degree of confidence on how the business objectives would be met and provide a suitable future way of working.
Technical content demonstrated how a transition from the current software landscape can be transformed across all 25 sites in the UK and Ireland.
