Laithwaite's previously operated out of two distribution centres and 70% of the distribution operation was outsourced, they needed to reduce distribution costs and increase efficiency and turnover, whilst improving quality and control.

Rocket designed a state of the art warehouse system for Laithwaite's new distribution centre, with high level automation controlled by the SAP ERP Warehouse Management.
